Description

Hi everyone, this one is Terragen 2, been busy learning it as of late. This started as a mistake render, i meant to get a view of the surface with clouds above, but i forgot to move the camera, and ended up with this :P Spaceships are designed by Maciej (Voyager) Rebisz [see here:http://maciejrebisz.com/] but all modeling and texturing was done by myself in 3dsmax, the gas giant planet was 3dsmax as well Thanks for taking a look

I like it, despite the camera problems! You can still see enough through the clouds. I also like the effects behind the engines - nice! Great work :)

Fantastic image-As is often the case with Terragen,a "mistake" in one area often opens the way to other possibilities!

Thank you everyone! Michael, i should have been clearer, the spacecraft were modeled and rendered in 3dsmax, and composited with the Terragen render in Photoshop. There are plenty of helpful TG people here, and you can try the Planetside forums for some great info on terragen 2 http://forums.planetside.co.uk/
