Description

My parents like to make their own pasta. This is how we tell when the pasta is ready: it falls from the stand, letting us know it is ripe. I hope that everyone has a great Tuesday! Very cool, so are you going to harvest the crop today? You don't want it to over ripen and go bad, you know, grins. I made my own pasta a couple of times, totally by hand, not having a pasta machine. What a pain that was, but boy it tasted good just because I made it myeself!

What timing you have! Sunday I make my own ravioli for the first time - from scratch. I really need to get a pasta roller because I found out pasta dough is stronger with more stamina than me. :-) Great shot.
