Description

Browsing my hard drive this morning I found this. A couple of years ago the sun, (for those in Britain that is the bright glowing thing in the sky that makes an appearance once in a while), was shining through my lounge window one morning. Setting up the camera on I tripod snapped myself pretending to be asleep.

If I was sitting there I wouldn't need to pretend. Once I'm in the sun when it is shining through a window I am out like a light!

Good job! And I'm smiling because I tried something similar some time back. The first dozen shots all have me reclining like this with one eye cracked and sneaking a peek at the camera... And another dozen shots are blurred as I tried to sneak a fast glance in the camera's direction to make sure I was centered and move my head back into position before the timer went off. Finally, I ended up with one clean, clear and well composed shot...and I realized it was not flattering at all and I looked hideous in that light and at that angle... LOL this is a really warm and nicely lit shot. Stellar!

We have the same ideas--and like Andrew, I'd be out like a light!! The light is warm and soothing; great shot!!
