От своего лица я хочу добавить, что я очень разочарована этим событием. Я не имею слов что бы это описать. Но я попытаюсь это сделать.
Моя дочка является фанатом комманды. И этот концерт(билеты) был ее подарком к рождеству. Для меня это оказалась очень внушительной суммой денег, но это не самое главное. И эта комманда призежает в наш город. Я еду покупать билеты в очень сильный мороз (-30С).
В зале нас держали два часа прежде чем объявили отмену концерта, я устала чертвоски, но моя дочка имеющая церебральный паралич ни разу не пожаловалась. Я умалчиваю о том, как тяжело было доехать с ребенком инвалидом в другой конец города на общественном транспорте(проезд в это время на машине по городу фактически невозможен). Домой мы вернулись почти в полночь.
От себя: любая русская команда вышла бы в любом случае для извинения, но здесь нет уважения к тем, кто пришол на концерт.
Сегодня был отменен концерт в другом городе, причина та же самая.

i am ery sorry to hear that. but recently a lot of concerts got cancelled. often because the actor was high or pissed and drunk like shit. they dont pay respect like in the old days. a lot of people spend the last money they have and they get concert canceled.very sorry to hear this dark i hope you are well. as i see here this was not tokyo hotels fault it was due to the promoter apparantly.

My daughter loves that band as well, and I know how disappointing it would be if one got canceled...and how mad I'd be about the money!! And I can't imagine the travel trouble. But I hope either you can see the next one or get your cash back. hugs to you and your daughter!!!!!!!

Mi dispiace veramente moltissimo per quanto accaduto e anche arrabbiarmi non serve più a nulla. Essendo più deboli o fragili si è sempre in "balìa" dell'indifferenza dei (nostri) Potenti. :) * se i Tokio Hotel dovessero venire a Milano, io e la mia famiglia saremmo felici di ospitarvi; qui da noi è rarissimo raggiungere i -30° :)

There is no respect for fans or customers today... I think it is a civilization desease... The only solution I found is BOYCOTT !! But I know that it is a concept which is not explainable to your daughter... Sorry for you... But consider too that you are a family and that it is the most important... In two years, I guess, your daughter will not care about these four guys...

I agree with LBAMagic: you should get a full refund! Plus a great appology to all the fans! I grew up in Las Vegas, and have friends in Hollywood. There is just no excuse for this kind of behaviour. It pains my heart to hear of the heroic efforts you went through for your daughter. You are one truly devoted mom! God bless you. Give her a hug...and then give yourself one, too.
