That is a beautiful view. I was traveling in Germany about 30 years ago, just bumming around for a summer. For a month I was mainly in South Germany, then suddenly I went to the Netherlands on a whim. It was beautiful and I could understand the language somewhat and when I couldn't understand many people spoke English and German (better than I could, sad to say).
