Reading a book called "Shadow's Bend", by David Barbour and Richard Raleigh. The three main characters (well there's 4 really) are H.P. Lovecrafte, Clark Ashton Smith, and Robert E. Howard. Lovecraft and Howard on a mission to save the world from the evil god Cthulhu ... This could be the evil one on his throne ... Wonderfully dark image .. gorgeous setting!
