Description

Winston Churchill, royal dynasties and illustrious guests loved to stay in this medieval mansion. Belgium’s royal couple Albert and Paola enjoyed their honeymoon at Nuit blanche. The legendary house, along Brugge’s most picturesque kanal, is melted together with the “Lover’s bridge”.Today, this gothic fairy tale is the art studio and guesthouse of the Flemish painter David De Graef. I hope you like it. For Dutch readers, visit my blog: http://cornelis-cornelis.blogspot.com/ You may visit it to see my last watercolors. This is just beautiful!! I can see why people would want to stay here so badly. It looks SO quaint, inviting and private. Yes, I could certainly vacation there!

Breathtaking beauty! It has a magical feel to it, as if any second a princess in medieval garb will peek out a window, or a fairy will let herself be seen on the bridge!
