Description
This one is a tribute to one of my all-time horsey heroes, Red Rum. I had the privelege of meeting him a few times when I was a kid, even gave him a few hugs! He was so full of himself and such a loveable character. He died at the grand old age of 30 and was exactly the same age as me, born in the same year.
Although I am not especially into horse racing, I do like the horses themselves; they are elegant, high-spirited and graceful.

More great horsey art from you :) I too had the privilege of meting Red Rum at a show when I was a teenager, he was being led by some bloke that was in Emmerdale and raising money for charity, it was fantastic to meet him! x Angela
