Right in the centre of Melbourne's CBD, this street is closed off to most traffic.

I notice two things right off the bat here--first, it's SO clean, and secondly, everyone is nicely dressed. Spending more time in San Francisco and southern California, neither of these are common.

Similar to our Plain in Pretoria. Some of the streets is also blocked. Superb capture my friend.
