Yet another series? I'm afraid so. This series is called The Guardians. When I was working on Intrepid I came across this image and it grabbed me. Not sure why. Took me a week to find the name, which, in retrospect, seemed so obvious. And while looking what else I could do with this spot I created a whole regiment, filled with all sorts of guardians: gentle, weird, frightening, abstract (well what can I say, can't go long without abstract), even in one case a bit animal looking. And as this one might be considered standing guard in the morning light, the last one gets the night watch. As I said: it's a complete regiment, so if you're not into this style you can skip checking my gallery for a fortnight or so. ^_^ Yvonne PS And just learned yesterday that there's an animated film coming out this year called The Guardians... lol.
