Description
Im not sure but I think this is a young Red tail Hawk, (befor his colors develop). If you look close youll see he has a bloody spot, not sure if he is injurd or just got done with dinner, There is also a feather in his claw that may suggest it was dinner. Maybe a Robins feather, there were many around at the time.
