Oh Helle! What a perfect piece for Mark, no doubt he will absolutely love this! The third panel has all those lovely bare branches that look as tho they are holding and offering the beautiful 'stone' to the sun, simply divine work! Happiest of birthdays to you Mark!

Helle, I'm sorry I'm just getting here now...I had a hangover last night (I rarely drink, so I don't get to say "hangover" very much!) But Helle, this is just beautiful, and I feel as if you channeled me, as if you took my art inside you and turned it into a Helle piece. It's just gorgeous. I agree with Andrea, it's like very expensive chocolates wrapped in beautiful foil. And with Ana that your heart & soul is in it. And with Lynn that it's like some arms holding an offering to the sun, I agree. And with Tara, that it's glorious--it is! And with dave that you're one of the most talented & creative artists in the gallery who puts her heart & soul into everything she does. I don't even have to comment, lol! But I will, because you made a seed, like an offering, and you've wrapped it in these beautiful branch-like forms, and surrounded it with what appears to be branches & foil & cracked earth. This is just beautiful. And of course you varied them (as I would) in multiple panels, and even gave several "chocolate eggs" in the last one. Thank you so much! It is a beautiful piece of art, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it for my birthday. It's just wonderful. (And I like the letters too! isn't it fun to do a 2700 pixel-high image! It just goes on & on! It's terrific helle, the best! Thank you so much!)
