Description

Well its been about a year since my Canon Power Shot Died - So I have used some old shots I had not posted or new ones taken with my wifes Nikon coolpix L18 - This is the first shot taken with my new camera - I was going to go for a SLR - Body/Lens setup - Mainly for the larger sensor - but thats just not my style - For me I felt the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H20/B was the best picture quality - speed & all-around best unit I could find - I still have to get use to it - I took this shot today - the snow is melting quit fast and the Mississippi is building some real power in spots - This is a small Damn about 5 miles from my place - and what I call the Angry Water was in a fury - Enjoy & Take Care !! Please Zoom !

Very nice and I sort of chose my camera for the same reasons. That, and I am not financially secure enough to support a multiple lens habit. LOL

A great subject. Rushing water and spray...what else could you want? I wish you well with your new Sony. A Sony Cyber-shot, bought at Sears and Roebuck about ten years ago was my very first digital camera. I carried it for three years...it had a rip-roaring 1.3MP and a tiny flash card that I could only squeeze about 20 pictures onto when I used the highest resolution possible. I learned a lot using that camera.

Water like this is so powerful; has an energy that is awesome. We all have those first little cameras, I haven't gone much further--once you get into SLR, the whole world changes and I have to relearn EVERYTHING! lol
