Description

An imaginary archaeological expedition to the site of the ancient city of Eridu in Southern Mesopotamia circa 1930. This was made from odds and ends in Poser Pro 2010 x64, No Post though it needs it. Credits to: FT-30 and expansion from DAZ (custom retexture), Paleque Ruins from DAZ. Terra Dome from RDNA for /Atmosphere. Camels from Daz, The tent is "Splendid Scenes - The Tent of Lost Thoughts" from RDNA. Dunes from Ant Farm's Temple of a Lesser King @ DAZ. Palms from the "Queen of the Nile" Bundle at DAZ. Some of the items were retextured using materials from Terra Dome. The water came from the Lyma's Rendo freebies entitled: "Poserwater - Tutorial, .pz3, Props" with a few color mods... Historical Note: While there is some similarities between Central American and ancient Mesopotamian architecture there is no historical connection between them.

Thanks. I was aiming for a 'still life' something like the paintings of Herbert M Herget in "Everyday Life in Ancient Times" published by The National Geographic Society, 1953.
