Description

Barrington Court,is a Tudor manor house begun c.1538 and completed in the late 1550s and considered an early example of a symmetrical front. Barrington Court is a building of relative renown such that other housing developments now carry the name, chiefly in the USA. These include apartments formerly known as Post Court in Duluth,GA and a 1920s apartment building on the Charles River in Cambridge,MA, part of the Half Crown-Marsh Neighborhood Conservation District.

Age of your buildings always boggle my mind...I look at barrington Court and think of the many generations that have called this beautiful place home.
