Description

Thank You for Looking, and I sincerly hope you enjoy this one, I lost track of how many hours I spent on this, most of it is hand painted, the models are done in Poser but the rest is hand done. I think I really improved with this one, art is something you have to pratice over and over to get better Uwe Jarling my good friend told me this a long time ago, well to all my friends Uwe, Fallenangel, Mel3d, Romanceworks, Blush, and many more this one is for you. Normally I do not ask for comments, but this time to let me know where I am at in my work, if you like it let me know..............Qmont

You created a beautiful artwork, John. With wonderful details, composition and emotion. The horses are particularly animated and I love the air coming out of the nose, enhancing the coldness and atmosphere of the piece. All your hard work and talent shows in this fine image. And thank you for the dedi - it is wonderful to see you growing as an artist. And Uwe is right, it takes many hours of practice however when it is your passion, it hardly seems like any time at all. :o) CC

A wonderful image and your brushwork looks superb. I am just finding out how satisfying it is to do all your own brushwork and I hope I can get as good as this in the future. Inspirational work.

This is absolutely gorgeous. Has a very high-quality, Old Masters feel to it while at the same time having a marked element of High Fantasy. Very nice! :D
