Wonderful Linda. I think neoexcello is onto something about your versess..."can see and feel them...my non-thinking mind can comprehend them". I've been trying to say something like this for awhile. This is highly complimentary. Today I see your burlap with holes in it...I sense the soaking up holes...the patches. I can feel the course material. And somehow I comprehend your overall meaning...I just can't explain it this morning. Well done. Once again, your Bryce illustration ties your verses together in a handsome visual... Yes, well done.

You are so right, my friend. Critical self talk just makes us feel worse, keeps the scars from healing. It's good to be gentle with yourself. Acceptance is the key ... it really is!!
