I was sitting next to a Buddha taking pictures at the Plumb Hill Monastery, a 1014 year old facility dated to 996 A.D.. The sun was shining, the weather mild, no bugs... so quiet in the middle of a city. Then, just as I was thinking it couldn't get any better than this, in rolls a tour bus full of High School girls... who absolutely thronged me with questions and conversation because I was the first English speaker they had met. As I sit here doing some minor post work before posting, I recall a song by Brad Paisley, "Better Than This," ...Junior stood up, spit in the fire and said "boys I hate to disagree. But if a bus load of women really good looking women just suddenly poured in here, O' Joe T, Garcia showed up with fajitas and a hundred gallon keg of beer.. don't get me wrong boys this is pretty good but it could get better than this... OK no beer, they are just girls but hey, it was a bus load, and they were pretty cute! Are we having fun yet?
