Description

Zlata has gathered Telmah, Sharrie, Arawen, Shilah and Willow to meet with Evelinne. They will assist her when she pleads her case to the council in the matter of her home's destruction and what happens next. In most cases, the council approves the request with some conditions attached: first, the requestor must assist in the construction of the new home and second, assist others who might be building a new home (something like the human's Habitat for Humanity). The council will also look into why the damage occurred, that is, they will try to determine what caused the events that led to the damage. In Evelinne's case, the determination is that an unforeseen flash-flood occurred and nothing could be done to prevent it. This will actually reduce the number of hours that Evelinne will have to volunteer. but like most faes, she will probably volunteer more than is required. (it's in their nature). Saturday at 11am, the service for Shane will be held. I ask your good thoughts and prayers for his family and I also ask a prayer for Naomi's and Rose's niece, Lily. She passed on after a valiant battle. Thank you all. Have a great weekend Mike

Delightful render, Mike! Sounds like the Fae Valley council is fair and efficent, unlike a lot of councils - for example the comedy of errors that is the Kansas City, Mo. city council. Glad I live in Independence.. But I digress... It sounds like Evelinne is in good hands. Shane's friends and family are in my thoughts and prayers, as well as Rose and Naomi and Lilly's family. So much sadness... And so much strength. My thougts are with all of you.
