Is that one bird or two?????? The flat bill suggests a waterfowl but those feet belong to a dryland predator. Looks to me like you caught a small owl divebombing a duck.

Nice one! The ruffled feathers are from the air turbulence above the wings as the bird does a stall just prior to landing.
