Personally, I think this one looks the most scary, but I'm not sure why. Maybe because of the red lighting flashes that come out at the top?

Before I read what you wrote I looked at the image and thought that this was more scary than the rest because it reminds me of a spider (and I don't like them). I see you thought so too, only for a different reason.
