This is great! - the only thing I would crit' is the hair line just next to the tattoo where one top layer is exactly in line with the bottom layer. ofsetting this point a little would give it more depth

This is really cute, and I like the smooth lines (they look like vector lines... adobe Illustrator perhaps?). one thing though, there's a little extra flash at the edges; if you do your lines and colors on seperate layers in photoshop (or painter, or what have you)you can get rid of it pretty easily.
