This cross is based on an image I viewed in a book of an Irish cross....My version is a bit symetrically off a bit(I wasn
t wearing my glasses oops) Irelands's Most Famous Historic Landmarks..are its round towers and elaborate careved Celtic crosses...An ancient tower at Aghadoe, above(not pictured in my work) overlooks the lakes of Killarney. The Muiredach Cross, left,(which is the image I was inspired by) stands at Monasterboice.....
So if that means anything to the smart people then kewlies...snicker..I just thought it was a pretty kewl lookin cross....my image is a poor shadow of the original piece to say the least....thnx though
