Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time.  I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

I'm not familiar enough with woodwind instruments at close range to know, but it doesn't matter, it's a very interesting photo!

Very interesting helle.Bravo!

As you suspect it is a bass clarinet, not often seen in shop windows(very expensive),nice capture.

I'm completely stupid when it comes to the 'not so familiar' instruments but it is fascinating! So much detail! Well captured Helle! :)

Great shot here Helle and even though I played clarniete I never had the pleasure to try out a bass version

I could NOT figure out your title for the life of me, and had to do a little research to get on the same page! Over here a fagot is called a bassoon. In the window you probably have an oboe, bass clarinet, and clarinet. Wonderful image!

Well what ever it is its a nice looking instrument. A Fagotti is a bassoon like device as far I can work out!

Lovely wood wind instruments - excellent shot

Ok thank you my friends, lol ! I was so sure the name fagot was the same in english. Ok and it wasnt even a bassoon, but a BASS clarinet. How funny. I have never seen a bass clarinet before. But I have seen a bassoon and an oboe. :) OH.. I hear a mouse in the trap... better let it free OUTSIDE !!!!

I'd have to see the mouth piece to be sure--but then you just mentioned that it's a Bass Clarinet, which would have been one of my guesses since I have a thing for woodwind instruments--must come from my love of the Conan the Barbarian soundtrack by Basil Poledorius...there's an oboe selection in all of that booming music that makes my skin get all goose-bumped. I love the oboe it's such a sexy instrument. The Bass Clarinet is similar in that goose-bump inducing feel and well...this image really captures that. The hidden mouth piece adds to the mystery and well, the clarity and the color sense is quite intriguing and compelling. In short, this is a brilliant picture, just the kind of stuff I love to see. It makes me want to go wandering around with you, but that would take days since you do window scenes as well and as beautifully as you do shrooms! This is fantastic!

Thank goodness Helle that all the folks above sorted out what we are looking at...I'd have been of no help. Neat photo even though I never would have guessed what a fagot is...it means radically different things in different places:)

I wouldn't have been of much help either. Lovely image! I like the little stands they're on. Great reflections on the bass clarinet! The long line of the instrument itself and then the street outside. I think I see you holding up a camera.
