If your driving from Cork to Killarney you come across a massive Unicorn on the hill top on the side of the motorway
This has inspired someone to publish a book which is coming out this year with similar sculptures. see link!

Really cool looking image! (looks better than our giant baseball bat!) Although, I wonder what my Grandfather would have thought about giant unicorn sculptures...he was kinda old school Irish. (if you couldn't grow it, eat it or ride it, he wasn't interested lol)
