Description
speed... motion... velocity, all words of one theme
a theme inspired by a song i recently discovered
if you get a chance, listen to "ready steady go" by "paul oakenfold"
when i listen to it, i'm reminded of my favorite racing games... F-Zero... Extreme-G... WipeOut... Kinetica
games where gravity is the enemy, which resulted in this idea
i took a few pointers from looking at pics by Kel-El and Supafly for the character, which i believe this style is here to stay
the background style was inspired by The Designers Republic
total work time was about 8 hours, 100% mouse drawn in photoshop
i'd really appreciate comments on this
