Description
This is possibly, with exclusion of the background, an actual frame in the movie. It's typical cel coloration. April is beginning to get fed up with her life. (she's in the midst of cleaning and she breaks out into a song about how she's not too happy with the way her life seems to be going, but does she dare to question what she has always known?)
