La frazione di Fibbialla dista 15,37 chilometri dal medesimo comune di Camaiore cui essa appartiene The village of Fibbialla belongs to the municipality of Camaiore, near Lucca, in Tuscany. The village of Fibbialla is 15.37 kilometers from the same town of Camaiore where it belongs Il borgo nacque nel IX secolo e venne fortificato nel 1123 con un castello dai Canonici di San Martino di Lucca. Pochi sono i ruderi rimasti a ricordo della fortezza distrutto nel 1313 da Uguggione della Faggiola, signore di Pisa. Nel paese si trova la chiesa romanica di San Pietro, del XIII secolo. The village was born in the ninth century and was fortified in 1123 with a castle by the Canons of San Martino in Lucca. There are few remaining ruins commemorating the fortress destroyed in 1313 by the Uguggione Faggiola gentleman of Pisa. In the village is the Romanesque church of San Pietro, the thirteenth century. Assomiglia ad una cartolina. Splendido ed ubriacone appena come immagino sempre la Toscana per osservare. Architettura di sguardo meravigliosa. Assomiglia ad una bella pittura. Appena bello. Looks like a postcard. Gorgeous and lush just like I always imagine Tuscany to look. Wonderful looking architecture. It looks like a beautiful painting. Just lovely.
