Well, since that... hmm... 911 thing, they got too much power, and they can do whatever they want, so it's better if you stay away from them... I've been pulled over since that thing many times, just let's say outta curiosity, of course they always had reasons like "the tag light was out", "the license plate's frame covers a little bit the state's name", "why I have tinted windows", and all that kind of nothing serious. And it's not that they pull me over, cause I know I'm in order with everything, it's the fact that they try to convince you that they're smart and you're not, they know everything, you know nothing. And what's worse, they waste your time...

Beautiful deep red. I was in Chicago and took some shots of the underground train, only to be told by my friends it was illegal to do so. Go figure.

This is beautiful the way it has red against green. Opposite colors look best together, etc. We have definitely become a police state here, and I hope they become wiser in the near future so as not to harass ordinary citizens anymore.

Beautiful photo. Too bad that photographing flowers can be suspect. But, what can one expect in our Brave New World? Nevertheless, it is an excellent image, Richard!!!!!

This is a beautiful picture, and I agree with Rainastorm, it is sad that paranoia has made it hard to even take pictures. Lovely art!

A beautiful capture of this poppy [at least I think it is a poppy] What a shame you can't even take a picture these days without questions being asked. I suppose they have to be careful.

Yup, that's red alright. Smashing, brilliant, screaming RED!! Awesome capture .. and I think you were pretty smart not to antagonize the transit police, LOL. They were doing their job, and you probably don't look too good in prison orange, LOL

Welcome to the police state . This flower could actually land you in jail . (Papaver Somniferum Oase ) Its an opium poppy . Perfectly legal growing in your garden . Just don't be scratching the seed heads for the milk . Very nice shot , and a lovely flower . Did you get big brothers pik when he asked to see your papers ?
