this is a rework of a really old render which was one of my favorites for a long time….I was looking at some old renders and saw this one and thought, this could do with some postwork…recently I’ve started doing a lot of painting in photoshop (something I’ve never been very good at) so I sampled colours and painted with a low opacity soft brush over areas of the image to soften the shadows and make the lighting more realistic etc. The original render is here: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1876683&user_id=580521&np&np The differences may seem subtle but I think it looks a lot better in the reworked version.
