After traveling for days, the odd looking group finally arrived at their destination. You wouldn’t have believed me if I told you that a disguised Valkyrie followed by a young warrior and two strange looking unicorn with horns half the size of a human were all traveling together. Yet they were standing together, at the edge of the broad river in the wildest forest in the known world. Looking deeply into the fog, the woman clad in finely crafted metal armor, lifted her arm and pointed at something not to far off in the distance and made the young man aware of where they needed to go. They mounted the Unicorns and waded through the chest deep water and at last arrived at a somewhat submerged portal of sorts. She told the warrior to sit and pray in front of it, for it was here she told him he could cleanse his soul. But what the young warrior didn’t know was that she deceived him to obtain his soul, because the portal where he was sitting in front of was known as the Souleater’s Gateway, an aid for this Valkyrie to obtain the soul of a pure being. Normally the Valkyrie bring their chosen to the afterlife hall of the slain, Valhalla, which is ruled by the God Odin. But this one decided to go against the rules and get the souls in an unconventional way, before the brave warrior had even died.
