Description

This is my favorite mineral specimen, of my whole collection. Sorry, but I can’t remember exactly where I found it. Somewhere in the mountains, north of Flagstaff, Arizona in 1996. Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous comments. Dana

An absolutely beautiful shot of the cluster. I know that beautiful effect can be duplicated when gold is applied to the crystals and heated, but this is so much more vibrant in colour and intensity. Lovely shot!

Very nice metallic colors. Have you a macro lens for the DSL? It's spring break for the kids. Heading out to the redwoods and the coastline for a few days camping.
