Description
This image was done using Terragen 9 to make the mountain range. It was rendered without the sky. Then I moved the image to PS CS2 and completed the underwater part of the image. The Original size is 1440 x 900.

Great lighting effect. Bottom looks little affected, though, as well as the concentration of particles, etc. Then again, underwater effects are a real pest.
