I found these guys laying around. I don't know who made the original image that I scanned circa 1990, but thanks! The Bas-relief in Bryce is kinda cool...

I think it was Bob Eggleton, I'm sure I've seen these critter before in one of my eighty-odd books on sci-fi/fantasy art (just can't get enough of the stuff :D ). I'll have to wait to get home before I can be sure though. Nice effect mind.
