a new series on Prairie Gothic....time has her wicked ways with the world around her...
fotos taken while wandering around... you see more if you walk than if you drive... that, and it's environmentally sound... oops, shouldn't have said that, someone might accuse me of being a green activist... :-)

Y'know, If I was looking for a wasp, that'd be the first place I'd go! There's a lot of old farmhouses like that here, most about half that size believe it or not.

i like this kind of shots its always inspiring,i dont know how my brain works but apparently the informatiuon is stored somewhere and it comes back to my mind sometimes when i pose the scene its amazing. sadly most of the human populace has no brains they dont know what they miss lol.

Has a familiar feel to it. Growing up in rural Colorado, many structures have cousins to this haunting image. I love the notion of decay and a time lost. Fantastic photograph...more! +5

You should check out 'tennesseecowgirl' - "Quilt barn", amazing what you can do to beautify an old barn, this could be the beginning for a new vocation ? (maybe you could paint spaceships on them...only joking!) Actually, I do love old historical 'stuff' like this...well preserved now ! BB
