Description

Been working on this vintage aircraft model a bit since I now have a paying customer in Europe. (I'd be damned to find anyone in my backyard state-side with a job like this, but hey! That's another beautiful aspect of the internet.) You may recognize the aircraft from a tutorial I did, but the mesh itself has never been released to the public... So somebody now needs it and hopefully I can make some money by improving it a bit. The problem is, as much as I love modeling (the mesh building) - texturing makes me feel sorta like YouTube's "Angry German Kid" on the inside. And that's with a nicely laid out UV map, since I'm the one that mapped it. There's always an unwanted seam, or something isn't lining up at the angle I thought it was once it renders. If I had more time to plan such things, I'd really like to partner with somebody for texturing. So you can see this render isn't quite perfect... Maybe the next one will be.
