Berlin huh!? Graffiti artists really know how to enhance a wall! This is fantastic, but from what I know of Berlin, it's pretty darn fantastic there so in a sense, this image matches. I love the color and the contrast of the delicate scene and the flaking paint! This is a gorgeous piece of work. Well seen and the presentation is perfect. I particularly like the cryptic elements of this, the graffiti tag just in the upper left corner and the "John 08" which (in conjunction with the image) recalls something a bit more biblical than Berlin might pay much attention to these days. Wonderful. Those associations may not be original to the image itself, but the mark of great art is the ability to trigger associations and this does so brilliantly. I love this piece of work.
