Description
I was focusing on this dragonfly as he was resting at the side of a duck pond. I just got him in focus when he flew off, landing again a few seconds later.
I then saw why.
Those eyes had been on the lookout for food flying above him. He had grabbed a fly and returned to consume it.
I could not believe my luck at being there at the right time!
Now to get one of a dragonfly in flight...
