What a surprising image...almost jarring in a sense: from a purely visual standpoint. Everything in it is totally normal in that eyes, noses, lips are all in the right places and such, but then there's light around her eyes in an unexpected way and his eyes are unexpectedly dark, but there seems to be a faint glow emanating from his nostrils. That in and of itself makes me think of the Vorlons from Babylon 5 who had that weird glow about them that was never explained until near the end of the series. (Well...you never saw that glow very much either...budget constraints, I suppose...glowing aliens must be pretty expensive in backlot Hollywood!) Anyway...enough of my rambling...this is a great piece of work and I particularly like the distress marks (those clotted streaks) near the border of the image; extra texture always adds something. This stuff rocks!
