Well .. this is a true expression of art.  Meaning that it is vital with inherent power to engage viewers without dictating a specific interpretation. It is also, very clearly, the product of our collective subconscious depths.  Were I marketing your work I would target, first, psychologists; having know more than a few I firmly state it's a safe wager that near every one this were proposed to would purchase a print for their office and/or their waiting rooms. I wrote the other day that the detail called to mind Watt's Minotaur .. to a degree it still does.  I see other archetypal influences now in the wider scene.  For instance, when one understands the true qualities of the Tarot's Fool .. that even were he to step off the edge of the cliff his faith is such that Life would surely sweep in and rescue him from the abbyss.  So then .. is the boy under threat here .. or is he about to be resuced from the potential negative outcome of his own fascination(s)? That your painting has to power to generate such open-ended quations is what makes it true art, as well as a feast of enjoyment to view. Thank you very much for sharing! Terry
