Description
While walking home one day from work, I glanced up at this one business and noticed something hanging from the wire. I moved closer, with camera in hand and saw that we had a worker monkey taking a break, or else he was just hanging around goofing off.
Thank you all for your wonderful comments and faves. I'm especially glad that you enjoyed my last two uploads. Yes, I do have a macbre side and sometimes, when it is good, I let him out to play.
There is an artist on board, who has gotten off on the wrong foot with some members. I've been SMing him and seeing his work. Personally, I like his style, dark and macbre. Here is the link to his gallery:

There's a perfectly logical explanation for this.... A flying monkey made a wrong turn over Kansas somewhere. While attempting to correct his navigational error, he got caught in a thermal, and ended up being swept into the jet stream, and whisked west to Washington. Somewhere during his unexpected journey, his shoes were blown off. Upon escaping from the jet stream, and descending to Mike's neighborhood, he spotted a pair of shoes hanging from the wire. this appeared to be a perfect opportunity to replace his lost shoes, so he attempted to dive to the spot where the shoes were hanging. However, in his cold and exhausted state, he miscalculated his trajectory, and crashed into the wire, knocking the shoes off, and entangling himself. The little guy has had a really, really bad day. Cool shot, Mike. Another example of why one should always carry a camera!
