Description
Footnotes in Crime:
Doug (the Thug) Williams was an ambitious career criminal. He had henched for all the top supervillains like Lex Luthor and the Joker but was determined to make more of himself. Williams always invested his share of the take in steroids and his "supersuit fund" while managing to stay out of jail by ratting out his co-workers. Finally, he saved enough to purchase the supersuit and weapons, deeming himself Heavy Artillery. Determined to make a name for himself among the major supervillains, Heavy A (as his peeps now called him) set out to knock off the largest bank he could find.Unfortunately he had never bothered learning geography and map reading skills and had the misfortune of picking a bank in Metropolis. It has been speculated that Heavy Artillery might have had a somewhat successful career in Supervillainy if only he'd picked his target area more carefully.
