Description

The Wright 1820-60 1200 h.p. Cyclone radial engine changed to a lower pitched whine. Commander John Decker brought his Dauntless scout bomber out of the final banking turn to line up with the flight deck of the Enterprise. Decker is a little early bringing the gear down, but that was his favorite stunt to shake up the rear gunner a little, in 1943. Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the LORD.
