Description

I'm not even sure if I like this image. It's not exactly bursting with color and the focus is a little off. But in fact, this is the image as I shot it with no photo retouching. I was playing around with a new Pentax Kx on a very bright Sunday afternoon. I manipulated some of the camera settings. Apparently, the meter read the white petals and blacked out the rest of the plant in the background.

You have presented a very dramatic shot. I also have worked with my settings and sometimes, not always, I can get the same effect. Its great when what you see is what you get. :-)
