Description
My last image was taken out of the Gallery by some Mod....Many of you know it was the little boy in the Barrel...It was consider by this Mod as a Violation...Not because I showed any nudity but just because of the idea that he was nude in the barrel and many of you know that the default texture of the M4 kid has underwear's on...I who have been a member and a Vendor here for about nine years find this very offensive to me..If you think about it we are all nude under our clothes also...Because of this I will never post a Image of Children here again..(This action has been noted in your member record)..I don't post nude pics of kids and to have this on my member record is outrages...Have a nice day everyone...LOL

I'm sympathetic with your feelings!! I had a similar problem. I must say that the "suggestion of the idea" it's a very questionable issue (in my opinion your image didn't suggest that the kid was naked, maybe only that he soiled himself). Sometimes this "suggestion of the idea" makes good-art pictures banned and allows those far less artistic and therefore vulgar. The style of the notice that is usually very disagreable and rude.

It was a cute image and I am sure we have seen the likes on the Little Rascals show. And we all know you were not suggesting anything in a bad way. As for their "Noting on your member record", that is just probably a procedure that has to be done anytime an image is removed. It would hard not to note some and note others, that opens a door for a lot of trouble for Rendo and complaints. I love your barrel idea, very creative and funny. A lot of artist stopped uploading their art here a long time ago. They use http://www.deviantart.com/ now. It is hard to leave your friends though, that is why I haven't switched yet.

I hear you...I've had things pulled because of stupid stuff like that, and things that probably deserved to be pulled left up;) Don't let it worry you too much--listen to the wise man dphoadley, who's had the same problem in the past too. (I don't know if you remember that a repaint of the Raphael cherubs got pulled in '05 or so..it was hilarious, but the cherubs did flunk the TOS;) I like this guy..who needs clothes when you have attitude?

Great response. I saw a picture today of someone launching a boot by driving straight down a ramp into the water. The same question I find myself asking again " what where they thinking?"

Dear artistheat, I feel your frustration for I have been in the same straights many times here. I have pulled my gallery twice over similar conflicts. I have banged my head against the brick wall many times when I see the inconsistant way the TOS is applied on this site. I can only shake my head in disbelief. I guess what keeps me tied to this site is all the exceptionally wonderful people that do visit my gallery and leave such kind remarks. That more than makes up for any pea brained MOD that is only 'doing their duty' in the name of their god almighty, TOS. My problems here have been with figuring out what is and isn't nudity. I created a naked logo that I apply anytime I'm not sure and spell that out in my descriptive. I love this image BTW! Great imagination and creativity! Cheers artistheat and please do vent your frustrations! I am with you all the way! But at the end of the day, don't let them win! Continue on as dphoadley writes. We can't afford to lose you! I can feel you frustration I thought it was a great fun one and a way of saying hey well need more clothes for the K4's.. Some Mods here wouldn't have let the Sistine Chapel be painted either lol and your right no kids should be posted on here as under their clothes they are Naked and if you think that way no number of clothes or barrels is going to take those thoughts away <<< Mods take note.. remove all children posts.. Nice post my friend!!

GREAT IMAGE! frankly this story is surrealistic from my Italian POV! We have nude babies in the churches, and looking from house fronts, painted, sculptured etc! but the beyond of enough is the fact that a guy is condemned because one is supposed to give a possible unknown viewer possible ideas ... that's worse than Minority Report, when one was arrested because one was supposed to be going to commit a crime...

beautiful work!!! I can understand your concern about the 3d dolls-kids renders, I think,few years ago this wont be a problem,( i remember naked angel kids,realistic painted in romantic art,like Sara keys stickers,those days child nudity was an innocent statement) but if you see around, are so many cases of child abuse all over the world,and because of that, we must be so careful,with our renders when we showing kids. I think thats why Renderosity is so careful with the kid themed renders.
