Description
We went to the World Balloon Convention Sunday in Dallas Texas. There were 550 artists from 44 counties that entered the Competition. We had fun revisiting our inner child again. They had a deal where you could buy two balloons for $5.00. How do you like my choices?

There is a first for everything, I've never heard of a balloon festival, or seen dresses made out of balloons, looks like you got quite a deal.. :)
