Great Work so far! I'm one of the other people :), I like the foreground bush but how much I like it will depend on the final composition

need a big or a couple a big rocks projecting out of the ground way in the back just below the tree to the left to off set all the grass and tree some thing needs to go back in the background something is missing my 2 1/2 cents worth michael

Good grief! This is awesome! Not sure what's going on with your clip mapped leaves, but the surface textures are very convincing. Nice work!

Ok, it lookes like the leaves need a reflection or diffusion, or perhaps specularity map, because light is still being redlected or refracted by the leaves. That is my bryce knowledge. I hope maybe by blind meanderings helped shed at least some light on this situation. I have been watching this piece progress and it looks better and better everytime you post it, which I am sure is a difficult thing.

This is really beautiful work. as for the leaves, if they are UV MAPPED, you may want to invert your transparrency map and copy it to the specular layer as an alpha(so the black is outside the leaf and the same with spec, glossiness. This should fix it for you. POST MORE!!!!!

this looks great to me..beautiful natural landscape..it could have more light in it..but thats only my opinion...im more a free hand artist but Im amazed at what can be produced digitally..!! This is a fine example..
