This is great Ines a very touching render.. Yes we do need to look after our children they are our future who will need to care for the elderly (us later in life).. yes there are a lot of predictors out there that will hurt these precious ones so we need to keep our eyes/ears open.. Well done my friend first class job on this image!!

i was never so aware of this problems then in the past years, maybe because i got abused myself (violence not sexually),i did not care for others -maybe it was self protection or maybe it was egoistic thinking, anyway whatever it was i am aware now, better late than never i always say, and when i see what crap the parents teach the children i,than i am afraid of the future, on the other hand if both parents have to work (lots have even 2 jobs) tompay all the mortgages and the bills i see that there is not much time left to teach anything- it is a society problem society has to change in general, but i dont think that i will get old enough to see that. maybe i will see things for the better in a possible new incarnation, beeing on this planet and beeing human all i can do is hold on to my personnel faith, the rest is all speculation and hypothesis. a very deep meaning with this image ines a lot to think about and also a nice render.

superbe image!!

Muy buena la expresion del niño. Y la textura palida de la piel, le da mucha fuerza a la imagen

thanks for sharing your thoughts on this....to my surprise a friend of mine recently was sent to prison for 50 years for sodomy on his own child-multitple times over the years. I mean my wife and I were sick from the shocking news for weeks...I mean when I visited my friend for years I had no idea he would do a thing like this....sorry for the news but just want to thank you for this image for abuse victims...(the child is doing better now but it does will affect her life later).

thanks Phillip..really is a plague...i can´t understand how some people can do this!

Amazing work of art. Fabulous! And yes, child abuse IS a plague in these tumultuous days. But soon there will be a day when all kinds of violence, wickedness and all sort of things that make us suffer will be "no more" (Revelation 21:4, 5).

This is heartbreaking! I know a little more than I'd care to about child abuse. It does affect the survivor for life! Wonderful image! Excellent way to draw attention to something that no one likes to talk about, but should be brought out into the light and stopped!

Very beautiful dedication, Ines! let's hope the abuse ends soon

Many people view children as mere objects - something to use or possess. It is a tragedy. Wonderful image and sentiment here, nice work.
