It is a truly amazing rock, so massive. It appears to be one giant rock, it doesn't seem to have the layers most rock formations do. I could look at it for hours. Beautiful composition especially against that spectacular sky. Looking forward to tomorrow's shot.

This is quite amazing! I love monoliths like this...they're always so impressive, and proof that Earth is quite a geologically active planet, even when it pretends to stand still and not go spitting huge rocks skyward. I love the scale you've captured here. Wonderful!
