A Dutch good friend introduced me to R'osity... and now, I really feel good in this community : I enjoy a lot your friendship and comments !BIOWith a few exceptions (indicated), I'm using a simple CANON Digital IXUS i... Sometimes, I do some postwork using ArcSoft PhotoStudio 5, but I just installed Adobe PhotoShop 7.0...
But now, after having seen all these beautiful shots, I just bought (Nov 2004) myself a new camera : NIKON 70 D !
I'm a chemist, leading a small R&D team in polymers (My greatest pleasure is to stimulate creativity...) I'm also studying to become a patent attorney...
I'm living in Belgium and enjoy travelling, hiking (going out every week-end is a vital must !), reading (my French preferred authors are Marc Ly, Jean-Christophe Grang Amie Nothomb,...), music (great fan of US female voices : Jennifer Warnes, Natalie Merchant, Sarah McLachlan, ...) and ... photography ! :~)
Bien cordialement aussi aux amis francophones !

Incredible! I love the composition of this, the way the collapsed portion of the ampetheater just lays there in a cryptic jumble. What a view! I love the starkness of this image as well. I'm gonna follow the link just after I comment, but I really must say that this is a stunning work of photographic art. It evokes stories and moods and that's always a good thing.

Gorgeous view and composition! The contrast/balance of the man made ruins in the front with the mountain range in the back makes for a lot to see. Great shot!
